Soul Path Retreat: Yoga, Breath & Service Retreat

Immerse yourself in the heart wisdom of the Maya and the transformative power of yoga, breath and service.

On this retreat, we’ll gather to walk our soul path with intention, joy and purpose in a one-on-one or small group setting (max. 8). Together, we’ll cultivate a slow flow full of awareness, beauty, gratitude and love.

Immerse yourself on the path of your dharma (true essence) at Lake Atitlan in the Mayan highlands of Guatemala for 6 days of yoga, creativity and ceremony! Partake in a Mayan Fire Ceremony and a Sweat Lodge Ceremony to ground yourself in gratitude and clarify your vision, purpose and truth.

We’ll practice slow flow yoga—a mix of hatha, vinyasa flow, kundalini and yin. The sessions also incorporate pranayama breathing practices, meditation and the energies of the sacred Mayan calendar, along with time for writing, sharing and deep relaxation.

Open to all levels from novice to expert. Take home healthy habits and empowering practices that will enhance your personal well being and nurture your intuitive intelligence.
